All Good-All purchases have an extended 60-day return policy (some exceptions apply).After your return is processed, we’ll email you when the refund is issued to your payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 additional days to be available in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.Funds are typically available within 24 hours of the refund being issued. You can check your balance online at any time.  Knowing the reason for a return is important to our company since it helps to improve our business practices and build trust with our customers. It also is useful to help to better market our products and to attract new customers.the customer with a replacement if the product is damaged and providing them with store credit. If the customers are returning the product because they aren't interested we can give a refund and they may or may not be charged for shipping cost to return the item. If the product is  returned it would   be sent back to retailers . 

Members and guests can choose their preferred shipping option—we’ll provide an estimated delivery date for every item in your bag based on your shipping selection, the delivery address, and where the item(s) ship from. We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.We decided to take the benefits of ground-only shipping and make it available for anyone. Why? Because, on average, ground-only shipping is less carbon-intensive than air freight shipping. Plus, No Rush gives our teams a little extra time to prepare your order and get it out the door. We’ll still provide an estimated delivery date during checkout, so you’ll know when to expect your order. On rare occasions, there may be some operational overrides that cause your package to ship on a plane, but we’ll do our best to get your order shipped ground.
